Deborah Leverett is a consultant, speaker, and teacher on developing leaders, creating a positive and ethical culture, and helping organizations grow during periods of change. She founded Entera + Partners Consulting to help for profit and non-profit organizations heighten productivity and increase profitability. Clients such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, University of Houston, Rodeo Austin and the Long Center for Performing Arts are just a few of the organizations whose leadership teams have profited and grown from the unique strategies developed at Entera.
Deborah holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership in the most current methodologies in leadership effectiveness and development programs. She continues to keep up with current research in adult learning and motivation. Currently she serves on the boards of MP:Austin, the Long Center and Concordia School of Business Advisory Board. She is a trusted advisor to many non-profit executive directors.
Deborah helped establish the Center for Ethical Leadership at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and has written character-based leadership curriculum for secondary level for school districts, police departments and the Texas Governor’s Center for Management Development. She has also been an adjunct professor at Concordia University in Austin
A native of San Antonio, Texas, she received an undergraduate degree in education from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and a Master of Education from the University of Texas. She currently lives in Austin, Texas.
